Virtus.pro Enter R6 Scene Buying out the Roster of forZe

Russian-based powerhouse Virtus.pro steps into Rainbow Six: Siege.


Following a swift transfer process the current players, coach, and analyst from forZe are joining Virtus.pro. Rainbow Six Siege now becomes the fifth esports title where Virtus.pro are represented.

Speaking about the deal, Sergey Ignatko, CEO of forZe, said the priority was to find an organization that respected discipline as much as we did.” He also went on to wish the team “further growth and good luck” playing under Virtus.pro's banners in the future.

Currently no information about the buyout contract amount is publicly available. However, in their statement Virtus.pro said the organization has been watching the discipline for a while,  signed long-term contracts with the team. And it looks like they've got plans to stay in the competitive R6 scene for a long time. “We are happy to welcome the fans of Rainbow Six Siege and will do our best to please you with victories and great content in the coming seasons” said Sergey Glamazda, Virtus.pro's General Manager.

We'll have to wait and see how well the new squad will perform. The first tournament for Virtus.pro's new Rainbos Six team is the Russian Major League Season 4, set to be held on May 23 and 24.
