PSGL F1 23 – PC: Season 34 Pre-Season Round 2 Zandvoort. Driver line-ups, Qualifying and Race Results.

PSGL Round 2 is here with another technical track Zandvoort.

PSGL (Premier Sim Gaming Leagues) is back with round 2 and will be hosted at Zandvoort (Holland) at one of the most famous tracks in the Formula 1 calendar which first appeared in the calendar in 1948. Zandvoort has the steepest banked corners in the list of current Formula 1 tracks. Two of which sit at 19 degrees (Turn 3) and 18 degrees (Turn 14) which will bring a challenge to the drivers as their setups will have to accommodate this. This can put a lot of load on the tyres and will mean drivers will have to choose a good tyre strategy to keep their lap times fast.

Zandvoort has a mix of fast sweeping corners, heavy braking zones and long straights which makes it a great track for overtaking but it also means high tyre wear is expected. There are two DRS zones which can play a big role as they both lead into heavy braking corners. This track is not easy even for the more experienced drivers so qualifying will be very important in this event. This track will require all drivers to be focused at all times and one small mistake can be very costly.

Going into round 2 Bahrain and COTA have been voided and the points for the series have been reset. This is down to a found bug in the game where tyre ware is different in each car even when they are set to equal performance. Each driver will be running the ‘F1 World Car' to make sure it is a fair race until this issue is fixed.
